Cap Blow Moulding

Plastic cap production is characterized by high speed rotary compression moulding unit, ensure that each compression molding mould module has independent running unit, which greatly improves the flexibility of production, reduce the mold production cost, prolong the service life.   The compression moulding mold is the foundation of plastic bottle cap processing, and the following technologies must be done to realize the molding tool processing technology:   The first is to choose the mold material reasonably, ensure that the molds must have extremely high strength and wear resistance and precise size control; the second is material heat treatment, the material treatment technology is the present China's pressure plastic technology and the foreign technology gap in the centralized embodiment;   Three is the precision processing of the thread surface, the thread determines the various technology of the plastic bottle cap, so this link belongs to the main link, it mainly c

Methods of Designing & Manufacturing

Injection molding is the most common method of plastic processing used for manufacturing of wide range of bottle cap moulding for a variety purposes and applications. The injection mold is the most important part of the molding technology. The appearance, accuracy of the dimensions, reliability and productivity of the plastic parts depends on design and quality of the mold. But no less important are the characteristics of the injection mold as its production resource. The cost of ordering high-quality molds is more than compensated for during their life time equipment downtime is minimized, energy and funds are not being spent for repairs and debugging, casting products are positioned at a better level than competitor's. Methods of designing and manufacturing of injection mold are ·         PET performs ·         Covers, cap, lids, valves, handles for carrying, auxiliary decorative elements ·         Disposable cutlery ·         Plastic parts for build finishing and remo

Bottle Cap molding is a method to obtain molded products by injecting plastic materials molten by heat into a mold, and then cooling and solidifying them. The method is suitable for the mass production of products with complicated shapes, and takes a large part in the area of plastic processing. There are many advantages to the blow molding process over other forms of plastic product manufacturing. Blow molding is a cost-effective alternative to injection molding, with both production and machinery being cheaper typically. Blow molding works well for products that are one single piece. It can produce objects that do not require assembly or the connecting of halves. Therefore, particularly effective for containers that requires exterior threading. Blow molding also reduces flash. Flash is the little burs or plastic bleed around seems of products. This excess plastic from the production process requires extra finishing work to sand off or remove it before a part can be shipped. Blow mol

Our  blow molding capabilities  extend to small and large parts using single or multi-part molds, including both air needle and blow pin models. The exact techniques used for a given project depend largely on the complexity and desired physical characteristics required by the design. The material selection process can be similarly complicated and often requires professional guidance for optimal results. Many of the same materials used in blow molding are also good choices for  injection molding , including ABS, HDPE, PS, PU, Santoprene, PP, and LDPE. There are a range of additional materials that are more uniquely suited for the solid products produced with injection molding, such as: Material used in injection moulding Acrylic Acetal Delrin (Polyoxymethylene) Fortron Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) Nylon 6/6 Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Polycarbonate (PC) Polyester Ultem Urethane Valox Resin / Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) Why Molding Material Matters C

Here Is Everything You Need to Know About Blow Molding

Blow molding can be found around you and you don’t even know it. That soda that your drinking has a plastic bottle, which was blow-molded. This process can be used to manufacture plastic products. The process involves heating a plastic tube (known as a preform or parison) to its melting point and then putting that into the cavity of a mold. They then use compressed air to inflate the molten plastic like a balloon so that it takes the shape of the mold but is hollow inside. The amount of plastic used and the air pressure determines how thick the final product is. Blow molding (or moulding) is a manufacturing process for forming and joining together hollow plastic parts. It is also used for forming glass bottles or other hollow shapes. In general, there are three main types of blow molding extrusion blow molding, injection blow molding, and injection stretch blow molding. The blow molding process begins with melting down the plastic and forming it into a parison or, in the case of injection and injection stretch blow molding (ISB), perform. The parison is a tube-like piece of plastic with a hole in one end through which compressed air can pass. The parison is then clamped into a mold and air is blown into it. The air pressure then pushes the plastic out to match the mold. Once the plastic has cooled and hardened the mold opens up and the part is ejected. Water channels are carved into the mold to assist in cooling. The first mass production of plastic bottles was done in America in 1939. Germany started using this technology a little bit later,
