After the Cap mold is manufactured we do comprehensive testing which includes cooling system, the smooth operation, ejection system effectivity, correct discharge of molded parts, and so on;
product tests, casting defects, the geometric dimensions, roughness of surfaces, common impression. Samples of parts to be sent to the customer. After testing the samples, the customer (if necessary), fills (signs) the remarks list. We made final finishing of the mold and get samples again. If necessary, we repeat mold refinement and testing. This may result in superior visual and dimension quality compared to standard extrusion blow moulded parts. The process is ideal for both narrow and mouthed container and produces them fully finished with no flash.
